Service Level Agreement

Product Support:

Pickazo, provide free technical and installation support for all our software products.

One Time License:

One time software licenses from Pickazo have free support for a year. We guarantee the working of the software for only a year from the time of installation. Make sure to keep your dependency software version as same as during the installation time. Pickazo don't provide any guarantee for the dependency software upgrades and related issues.

No Third-Party Support:

Unless we explicitly agree in writing, we only provide support to your direct Customers and not to Customers of any other Company/Entity. We reserve the sole right to decide which customers are direct Customers and which customers are not.

Response Times:

Pickazo team will respond to any queries regarding technical support, billing and sales issues. All valid queries will be responded within a period of 30 minutes from the initial query time and we provide the Customer with an effective answer to their query within 3 hours from the initial lodged query time.

Money Back Policy:

All Pickazo products have a trial period associated with it. So we recommend to use and test trial version before purchasing the actual service/product.We won't provide any refund for those services/products purchased after completing the trial license period. Multiple trial license for same product are not allowed. It will be considered as an abuse.
You can cancel any product or service within 48 hours of your payment. We won't give any refunds , if our developers already started working on your projects. If there is no trial available then we will refund 50% of your money within the 60 days after the refund request. For getting this refund you need to submit the request within 24 hours after your first payment.
If you have any Paypal subscriptions with any services/products, then you must unsubscribe it from your Paypal account during the cancellation time of those services. We won't refund for the automatic paypal subscriptions, it will be automatically added as a credit to your account within our billing system.

Prices and Plans:

All prices and plans are subjected to change with a prior notice of 45 days. Any change in monthly fees will applied from the next service period, keeping your current service period with default fees.

Free License Policy:

Pickazo provide free licenses for our software products. It will be related to a product or service and valid as long as you stay as our client.

Termination of Service:

You may cancel the products or services at any time by providing Pickazo with the cancellation request. Since all fees are payable in advance, we recommend that to cancel your subscription (if you feel to do so) prior to your next billing date, and provide us with your intentions to do so in writing, within your current billing cycle so that we know when to cease providing the service thereby avoiding multiple billing issues. Pickazo Technologies have all rights to stop any software license or technical support to any clients as we wish with immediate effect. You may also agree the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
